To refresh your memory, the criteria of the award includes: Nominee must be a Charlottesville-area woman under 40 (between 21 and 40) as of Dec. 31, 2012; Nominee must show innovation and achievement in their vocation; Nominee must show exceptional service commitment to their community; Nominee must have shown vision and leadership in professional and/or charitable works; and Nominee must have demonstrated her ability to juggle work/family/self.
